Project Manager

Role overview:

In this position, BGaming is in search of a Project Manager with a demonstrated history of taking ownership and effectively delivering projects. We are looking for an individual with a passion to be an integral part of a dynamic and creative team, adept at swiftly and efficiently resolving issues. Your primary focus will involve collaborating with the game development team, supervising the agile software development process, and inspiring, enabling, and energizing individuals to unleash their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning and implementation of projects (games);
• Team commitment (the scope, timeline, and quality);
• Resource planning and allocation;
• Managing project administration, including documentation;
• Reporting regularly to senior management;
• Tracking project performance;
• Risk management;
• Communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in a software development company;
• Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to delivery, and further support;
• Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management;
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and techniques: Scrum and Kanban;
• Good knowledge of servant leadership principles, natural skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement and empowerment;
• Awareness of the technologies used by software development teams;
• Excellent speaking/writing skills in Russian/English, good presentation skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in gambling industry;
• Technical background.
