Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Set up clear and efficient processes for the DevOps team.
• Ensure transparency in task planning and execution for better visibility.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with clear communication and realistic timelines.
• Oversee and maintain the team’s task board, prioritizing and tracking tasks.
• Work with the Tech Lead and Team Lead to align on technical and operational decisions.
• Facilitate smooth communication between teams and solve process bottlenecks.
• Report directly to the Delivery Director.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in a tech environment (mid-level or higher).
• Familiarity with project management methods like Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and related terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Technical background or knowledge of technology stacks is a plus.
