Responsibilities:
- Create and execute unique content and engagement strategies tailored to the strengths and audiences of various communication channels, with a focus on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, manage, and optimize content calendars for social media and other communication channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written content by collaborating with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers. Provide clear briefs, manage the content creation process, and ensure final outputs meet brand standards.
- Actively engage with followers on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to refine and improve communication strategies across all platforms.
- Support broader communication initiatives by developing content for the website, media, and newsletters as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure content supports broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, global news, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management and broader communication roles, ideally within dynamic industries such as online gambling, tech, or digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B communications or PR.
- Expertise in developing and executing platform-specific social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels.
- Strong ability to create, manage, and optimize content calendars, ensuring the delivery of consistent and engaging content.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience managing the end-to-end content creation process, including briefing designers and copywriters, and ensuring alignment with brand identity and standards.
- Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and optimized communication strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to industry changes and global trends, incorporating them into communication strategies.

- Knowledge of the online gambling industry or a related field, with an understanding of its unique social media landscape.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers and partners.
