Role overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales Team, supporting the growth of 1spin4win, a new and exciting brand in the iGaming market. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying high-potential leads, using industry-specific tools and platforms to fuel the brand's expansion. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts, contributing to the success of our rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry-specific lead search and qualification:
- Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential leads within the iGaming industry, aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Leverage industry-specific platforms and databases (LinkedIn, Apollo, SimilarWeb, etc.) to gather, validate, and enrich lead data.
- Initiate personalized communication with potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to gather key insights and assess interest levels.
- Qualify, segment, and prioritize leads based on potential value, readiness, and alignment with the sales team's criteria.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) to efficiently track, manage, and analyze lead generation efforts, ensuring all activities are accurately documented and easily accessible for the team.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Work in close partnership with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals, ensuring seamless handoff of well-qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, offering insights that inform campaign adjustments and improve targeting efforts.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to both sales and marketing teams, summarizing lead generation performance, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates through data-driven decisions and best practices.
Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally with a minimum of 2+ years in the iGaming industry.
- Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive), with the ability to maintain and analyze data, share best practices, and report to management consistently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively engage prospects, identify decision-makers, and confidently overcome objections.
- Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages are a strong advantage.
