Lead Marketing Designer

Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative ideas and solutions, design creatives, and oversee the process from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement design strategies to promote the brand.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to the 1spin4win design team.
• Stay up-to-date with global design trends and the gaming industry.
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure project goals and design solutions align.
• Create and maintain documentation to support the development of the design department and project.
• Provide progress updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead a team of 2+ designers, offering guidance and support for their growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design solutions and channels.
• Oversee the creative work on all project designs.
• Analyze the effectiveness of design strategies and make improvements where needed.
• Participate in preparations for international exhibitions and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of continuous experience as a lead designer.
• A degree in a related field (design, graphic design, etc.).
• Proven experience in developing design strategies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual design.
• Experience in supporting branding and brand development.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working with project documentation and creating guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• A genuine passion for design.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of motion design, including video composition and key frame accents.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with Webflow or similar products.
