Role overview:
As the Product Marketing Manager at BGaming, you’ll take full ownership of marketing our gaming portfolio, ensuring that every product resonates with both clients and players. You’ll work closely with the Product team to shape product roadmaps and define the marketing strategies needed to drive launches, player engagement, and market differentiation.

Your key responsibility will be creating impactful marketing campaigns that reflect both industry trends and player needs, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and creativity. You will oversee the creation of B2B promotional materials, newsletters, and client-facing content that highlight the unique selling points of each game. In this role, you will also lead market research and competitor analysis to ensure BGaming stays ahead of industry shifts, with the goal of positioning our products as innovative and competitive. Your ability to navigate client onboarding, handle product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be critical to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies for BGaming’s product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to manage go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients and develop B2B newsletters and promotional content.
  • Create marketing collateral such as presentations, demos, and materials to support the Product and Account Management teams.
  • Oversee the development of the client area and ensure a high level of customer engagement through tailored materials.
  • Lead and mentor the Product Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in the iGaming or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.
  • Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying trends.
  • Experience in leading product go-to-market strategies.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with iGaming products, markets, and key players is a plus.
  • Experience in client onboarding and creating client-focused promotional tools is a plus, too.
